Gensomaden Saiyuki
Jan. 2nd, 2010 09:18 pmI'm rewatching Gensomaden Saiyuki and the animation is really cringe-worthy & hilarious. LOL!!!
Thinking back, I fell in love with the series despite the poorly drawn characters. I guess this is testimony of how good the story is.
Alrighty.... back to my Genso-marathon. I still have 39 episodes to go. ;)

Date: 2010-01-02 02:26 pm (UTC)Even though the animation was crappy, I loved the style of the earlier episodes. The use of frame-cuts, color and effects was pretty cool. I think artistically my favorite episodes were the ones in the Rikudo arc.
I've been able to re-watch everything since two of my friends saw a few Relaod episodes while my "anime friend" and I were watching it, so I am watching Gunlock and D. Gray-Man on Wednesdays with one friend and Gensou and Doctor Who on Tuesdays with the other two! As an added bonus, one of my "Gensou" friends is also a fanfic writer (mostly Dr Who), so she has become my beta for my fics.

It's so fun to watch anime with someone who shares the same passion, yes? ^_^
