suanzWTF!!!!! It ends at episode 12. Uwahhhhhhhhh!!!!! That's too short. But...........................................
the ending is super kick-ass!!!! Woohoo!!!!
Alois Trancy made a contract with Hannah - that neither Sebastian nor Claude will obtain Ciel's soul. Hannah suggests killing them both but Alois has other plans. Since Alois could not get Claude to love him, he wants both to feel what it's like to not get what one desires.
Hannah requests that Sebastian and Claude battle for Ciel's soul - when either one butler perishes, Alois will leave Ciel's body. And once Hannah dies, Ciel will be reborn again.
So in the battle for Ciel's soul, Sebastian defeats and kills Claude using the demon sword. Criteria 1 fulfilled - Hannah gets Alois' soul.
Criteria 2 - Hannah has to die. She jumps off a cliff with Ciel, and while falling she tells Sebastian the condition that Ciel wii be reborn in.
Dun dun dun dun........The catch is - Ciel comes back as a demon. Which means that Sebastian, being the winner, still does not get to devour Ciel's soul cos he is now a demon. No soul, get it???
How did Hannah die? Not from the drop. She perishes alongside Claude's body, with Alois & Luca's soul in her tummy, when the island crumbles into the deep sea.
Ciel's body is spiraling into the deep depths of the sea. Sebastian goes after Ciel, he wants to know if Hannah has told the truth. When Ciel awakens, his eyes were demonic and Sebastian tries to kill him (I think - I'm kinda lost at this part) but he fails.
And because at the tower (during episode 11) Ciel had declared that until Sebastian devours his soul, he will always remain CIel's butler. To which Sebastian has said - "Yes, My Lord." Woohoo!!!! Sebastian is sucker punched cos he will never,ever get to devour Ciel's soul - a demon ain't got no soul - hence he is bound to Ciel for eternity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
