I used to spend hours dancing around the living room with my bothers and sister to this when we were little, it's such a classic! ^_^
One of the few things my parents ever agreed on when it came to music was rock'n'roll, so this was acceptable rainy-day entertainment.

Date: 2009-12-11 10:21 am (UTC)Geez... I know this song. I always thought it was Johnny Be Good, and not Johnny B Goode. Hence it did not ring a bell. Dumb, right?
Marty McFly (Michael J Fox) performed it in Back To The Future I. ^_^

Date: 2009-12-11 10:49 am (UTC)Could you believe that I had the hots for Mark Hamill (not Harrison Ford) & Michael J Fox then?!! LOL!!! That was ages ago.
A pity I didn't quite get into the Mad Max thingy. A lot of my girlfriends were nuts over Mel.
Suddenly I feel so old. Hah!!!

Date: 2009-12-11 12:44 pm (UTC)I was also a huge fan of Michael... Mind you, these guys were all considered old men by the time I was a teenager, and all the girls at school were into Tom Cruise (and later Leonardo DeCaprio). All of which is completely mute for me now! LOL (I always did have a thing for Michelle Pheiffer, which should have given it away to me... but no, I was so innocent I didn't even realise gay people existed!)

Date: 2009-12-11 02:44 pm (UTC)LOL Johnny will always be Edward Scissorhands for me, even though I love him in so many different films, that was the first of his I ever saw and I'm a HUGE Tim Burton fan. (everything from that to Sleepy Hallow, Nightmare Before Christmas [best kiddie crimbo flick EVER] all the way up to things like Corpse Bride).
